As climate change continues to wreak havoc on the planet, low-income and disadvantaged communities endure a disproportionate share of environmental pollution, ramifications from natural disasters, and public health hazards due to an inequitable distribution of resources.

The Foundation funds high-impact litigation cases that ensure the protection, health, and safety of disadvantaged persons and groups who have been exposed inequitably to environmental hazards. The following grantees pursued litigation to protect communities and populations who have experienced environmental injustice.
